Sometimes we offer quick solutions in coaching. More often we work on the further development of your talents in the long term. We are looking for safety nets for pitfall behaviour. We help you getting more awareness of your qualities and possible stress behaviour you have in certain situations. We coach you to work with your personal challenges. The character of our conversations varies. They are often inspiring and encouraging. Sometimes we tend to follow and other times we are more directing. And we always aim to support you in your growth.

A series of sessions

30-10-Coaching Sessies - inzetfotoAt MaximuM your coaching series starts with getting acquainted in a conversation without any obligations. This meeting may lead to a coaching series. Often a series consists of ten sessions of one and a half hours. Sometimes we recommend a shorter route or a combination of coaching sessions and a workshop. Your next step is filling in a general questionnaire. In addition two personality tests provide us more insight into your life vision and motivations. In the first two sessions, we will discuss the results of the questionnaire and the testing. Together we clarify your personal goals. In the second session we decide whether we continue with the scheduled eight sessions. In the last session we evaluate to see if the goals have been achieved and what may be the next steps.

Confidentiality

Whatever we discuss is always treated with confidentiality. Other parties – including sponsoring employers – will not receive feedback on the content of the sessions. If required, we can close a series of sessions with a meeting with your employer or sponsor. In that case you will decide what will be shared of the content and what won’t.

Coaching only

We coach you to (re)discover your qualities and how you can access them more easily. Our coaches do not offer curative, psychological or psychiatric treatment. We coach.
