Convincing Leadership

You are experienced and like to take the lead. You feel responsible for your work, you are good at your job, but showing real leadership does not always come easily to you. As a good leader, you communicate effectively and are able to convince, not only by what you say but especially by who says it and who you are. You know how to negotiate, motivate and present initiatives well.

We work with small groups of a maximum of ten participants, so that you can properly develop as a leader. Senior professionals are expected to have a good basic knowledge of communicating, leading and delegating. Yet there is always room for growth and competences that can be sharpened. These training days are designed to make you a truly inspiring and convincing leader. The training focuses on situational leadership and learning to delegate, instinctive leadership versus leadership based on authority, title, age or charisma. You discover what you can do as a leader with the nine drives of the Enneagram. You will work with the laws of communication (content, voice and body language). You learn to deal with the pitfalls of your own behavior (and that of others). You will learn to deal with Eisenhower’s priority matrix, in other words, you will soon be able to tell the difference between ‘important versus urgent’.

This workshop is also organised for employees of VIA Nederland members, so individual registration is possible. It involves three days of workshop (always with an interval of a few weeks). The three dates will be determined in consultation with the participants.

Cost:

For the entire three-day series at VIA Nederland: €1450 per person excluding VAT.
